On September 15, 2019 and September 16, 2019, Purdue Pharma L.P. and 23 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. The cases are pending before the Honorable Robert D. Drain and are jointly administered under Case No. 19-23649.

Plan & Disclosure Statement
On March 16, 2021, the Debtors filed their initial Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. The Bankruptcy Court held a hearing to consider approval of the Disclosure Statement on May 26, 2021 and on June 3, 2021, entered an order authorizing the Debtors to solicit acceptances for the Debtors' Fifth Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time, the "Plan") and approving the Debtors' Disclosure Statement for the Plan (the "Disclosure Statement").
A hearing to consider confirmation of the Plan (the "Confirmation Hearing") commenced on August 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (prevailing Eastern Time), and will continue, as necessary, from day to day in each case starting at 10:00 a.m. (prevailing Eastern Time).

Members of the public or press who wish to view the Zoom proceedings may do so in person at the Manhattan Division of the Bankruptcy Court located at One Bowling Green, New York, New York. Parties are required to register utilizing the Court's Electronic Appearance portal in order to view the hearing at the Courthouse.
Members of the media possessing press credentials may bring a Personal Electronic Device into the Courthouse pursuant to General Order M-400 and will be subject to the restrictions and obligations set forth in General Order M-396. Laptops, iPads, and tablets will be permitted.

Although being conducted using Zoom, the Hearing constitutes a court proceeding, and any recording other than the official court version is prohibited. No Party may record images or sounds from any location. The formalities of a courtroom must be observed.
Deadline to File Claims
Pursuant to an order of the Court, the deadline for filing proofs of claim against the Debtors was extended to July 30, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. (ET).

Section 341 Meeting of Creditors
In accordance with Section 341 of the Bankruptcy Code, a meeting of the Debtors' creditors was held on Tuesday November 5, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. (Eastern Time).
Hearing on First Day Motions
A hearing on the Debtors’ First Day Motions was held on September 17, 2019. A final hearing on certain of the First Day Motions was held on October 10, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) before the Honorable Robert D.
