Please note that pursuant to the Plan, Holders of Class 5 – Unsecured Funded Debt Claims and Class 7 – General Unsecured Claims are now deemed to accept the Plan and are no longer entitled to vote.
To further, the treatment proposed for certain Holders of claims or interests under the Plan is better than that proposed under the prior Plan. No Holder of a claim or interest will receive treatment under the Plan that is less favorable than was proposed under the prior Plan.
